Where are things made?
The ideas, the designs, and the questionable decisions all happen here, with us. Once a design is final, it's printed to order by production partners we trust with our name (and our nonsense). Nothing sits in a warehouse and nothing gets made until you order it — which is exactly why it takes a few days.
How long until my order ships?
Most orders are made and shipped within 5–7 business days. Drops sell fast and get made in order, so the earlier you order, the earlier it leaves.
What's a drop?
A small, limited collection released all at once. When a design is gone, it's usually gone — we'd rather make the next thing than reprint the last one. Sign up for emails if you'd like to be told before everyone else.
How do the sizes run?
Every listing has a size chart and fit notes for that specific garment. Our tees run true to size; sweatshirts are relaxed. When in doubt, size up — you'll want to live in it.
How do I care for embroidered or printed pieces?
Wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly over the design. Treat it like the nice thing it is.
Can I return something?
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.
Something arrived wrong or damaged.
That's on us. Email hello@raisedbetterthanthis.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Do you do custom or bulk orders?
Not here — RBTT is drops only. If you have a group, team, or event in mind, send us a note and we'll point you in the right direction.
